Rush Fee
Typical lead time is 3-4 weeks after approval (but not a guaranteed date).
Rush production: On cast bronze and cast aluminum, we offer 10 working day rush (adds 50%) and 5 working day rush (adds 100%) after art approval (not order date). If images are needed, rush production may not be possible. Please enter your date needed in hands above, and we will contact you with available rush options.
Note - entering a date above DOES NOT garuntee we will be able to deliver by that date. We will contact you with what is possible, and if rush fees, and expedited shipping costs would be needed to get your plaque by the date needed. If you need your plaque for an event, please do not set a date without confirmation from us that we can meet your in-hands date.
We offer a mock plaque as stand-in piece for your event, while the real plaque is being made. It is a full color digital replica on acrylic, that can even be set outside, and given as a keepsake. Mock plaques can ship within 5 working days and cost from $50-$150.
You should receive a proof of your plaque by email within 24-48 hours. The proof needs to be approved to begin production. You can always reply to your designer with any changes you would like to see.
